This little guy has officially been out as long as he was in.
It's amazing how much growth a baby can do in 9 months
(in utero and out).
About Isaac:
He's into everything! This boy is busy, to say the least. This month he developed mentally and in physical strength. At the start of the month he was slowly moving and rolling over. Now he can push to a sitting position from his belly, crawl, pull up on things, and moves his feet when we help him walk. He has perfected the army crawl and is very fast. He recently has been crawling on all fours but goes back to the army crawl if he needs to hustle. He loves teddy bears, Cheerios, Zoe, drums, anything that sounds like a drum when hit, getting into dog food, splashing in water, balls, and throwing things. He can throw a ball 10 ft now and enjoys crawling after it to throw it again. Isaac recently cut three more teeth bringing his grand total to 6 these days. He is growing so tall, wearing 12-18 month clothes, and seriously looks like a 2 year old when standing.
This month:
Aunt MaKayla and I drove Isaac and Zoe to Oregon for a nice long visit while David was at training. While we were there Isaac saw: Great grandparents, both sets of grandparents, 5 of his aunts and uncles, great aunt and uncle, cousins, and lots of friends. He visited aunt Mak at work in the hospital, went to Saturday Markets, ate at a whole bunch of restaurants, went camping, boating, floating, tubing, and hiking. When Daddy met us in Portland we took our first family vacation to the Oregon Coast! Isaac got to touch the Pacific for the first time and loved it! He was wildly entertained by crawling on and digging in the sand.
Beach pictures (will be posted here soon)
