This Saturday, David and I woke up early and drove to San Antonio to join a group of friends floating the Guadalupe River. Seems like everyone else thought it was a good day for floating:

We ended up doing the 6 hours route and it was so wonderful! We didn't even burn...that bad.

Half way down there was a rope swing that created entertainment for the floatbyers. Not sure how, but I was brave enough to try it.

There is nothing better than a lazy Saturday, floating on a chilled river, on a hot August day, with a pile of friends.
Oh my goodness you are making me want to float the river so badly! I loved when you took me on a float just a few days before my wedding :) such a great memory!
