The unofficial motto of the Air Force: "hurry up... and wait."
We knew that we would most likely be able to enjoy Texas for a little while longer but it looks like we'll be moving just in time to celebrate Christmas in North Carolina.
UPT is a fast paced training with tons of stressful deadlines to meet. Several days this week David and had back to back flights to finish up what's left of the syllabus. He officially completed UPT April 17th, 2013- I am so proud of him. Now we're looking forward to hosting family for the graduation next Friday. We CAN'T WAIT so see our parents and show them around base. David has several things planned to give them a taste for what his life has been life this last year.

I will definitely be posting pictures of my handsome husband when he gets his new hardware pinned on his chest. The next time he steps into a cockpit it will be as a pilot for the United States Air Force!!!!
