T-38 SOLO

T-38 Solo

I got to go and be apart of David's first solo flight in his new plane. 

This is him at his peg getting his G-suit on

  There must be wings on the plane at all times; since David hasn't received his yet it's customary to borrow the instructor's wings:

These two were my escorts for when David was no longer with me. Since I don't have security clearance to be on the flight line by myself these gentlemen offered to stay with me :)

He had a great flight and soloed again the following day and the next day after that :)
