Substitutes for healthier cooking

I don't usually watch daytime television but today i'm thankful for a few awesome tips I learned about healthy eating :)
On the Dr. Oz show he gave four healthy substituent for cooking that I will be using, and obviously sharing.

Butter: When a recipe calls for 1C of butter, put in 1/2C and the substitute the second 1/2C with canned pumpkin. My mother-in-law sometimes uses apple sauce as a substitute too- both make excellent cookies that are a lot healthier.

Cream: When making creamy soups or Alfredo sauce you can substitute the cream for Silken Tofu. It makes a cream consistency and takes on the taste of the other ingredients. This substitute works for other recipes that call for cream

Sugar: If recipe calls for 1C of sugar use 1/2C instead and mix in 1/2C puree banana. It will do all the wonderful things sugar does but will be less harmful to your diet.

Mayonnaise: Substitute in Greek yogurt instead. If you're spreading it on a sandwich put a few tablespoons of Avocado in there with the yogurt to make it the same consistency as mayo.

Happy substituting!
